Dr. Brandi Hilton

Dr. Hilton is a native of the Chattahoochee Valley area and grew up in Phenix City, AL. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Microbiology. After obtaining her undergraduate degree,  she graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  She has practiced as a Small Animal Veterinarian for over 19 years in Columbus, Ga.  Her dream has always been to own a Veterinary Hospital and serve her local community. She is married to Jeremy Hilton (also a native of Columbus, Ga) and has three beautiful children, Walker, William, and Molly Claire. She is a fur momma to Charleigh and Brady (both Golden Retrievers), 2 cats, Jewels and T.C. (Top Cat), a pig (Charlotte), and many chickens!

In Dr. Hilton's downtime, she enjoys watching her children play sports, relaxing with family and friends, and exercising. 

Brooke Davidson, Office Manager

Brooke grew up in Phenix City, AL, and is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.A. in Psychology. She is married to Doug and has four wonderful children (Paige, Morgan, Anna Grace, and Blake) along with a bonus son (Aiden). She is BeBe to a beautiful grandson, Easton. Brooke has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Brooke is also a proud fur momma to Ruby (dog) and Harley (cat).

In her free time, Brooke loves spending time with family and friends, watching college football, "War Eagle", and shopping. Brooke is also the sister of Dr. Hilton. 

Taylor, Veterinary Assistant

Taylor is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She is a mom of two boys, Colton (4) and Cameron (2). She also has three dogs, Piper, Axel, Georgia, and a rabbit (Thumper).

In her spare time, she enjoys family trips to the park and other adventures.

Sydney, Veterinary Assistant

Sydney was born and raised in Columbus, Ga.  She recently graduated from Calvary Christian School.  She enjoys working with Dr. Hilton and learning along the way.  Her love of animals has made her extra passionate about being a veterinary technician.  Sydney has two dogs, Edgar and Moby Dick.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of her pups, and working out.

Alyssa, Veterinary Assistant

Alyssa Dyer is a native of the Chattahoochee Valley area and lives in Phenix City, AL. She is currently enrolled at CVCC for her Pre-Vet bachelor's degree and intends to transfer and obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys all the learning opportunities she is given by Dr. Hilton at VETsmart Animal Hospital! Her dream is to become a veterinarian and help animals in need.

In Alyssa’s downtime, she loves to spend time at the lake, go shopping, and hang out with family and friends!

Hannah, Veterinary Receptionist

Hannah is 22 years old and was born and raised in Columbus, Ga.  She is a veterinary student at Auburn University.  She also has two dogs, Suki, who is a golden retriever, and Yota, who is a rat terrier mix, as well as a cat named Will. 

In her free time, she is a neonatal foster for orphaned animals.

Makenzie, Kennel Technician

Makenzie was born and raised in Columbus, Ga.  She graduated from Northside High School.  She looks forward to coming to work every day to care for all the animals. VETsmart has taught her so many new things, and she loves the veterinary field.  

In her spare time, she spends time with her fiancé and their 2 German shepherds.

Jackson, Kennel Technician

Jackson has been working at VETsmart for 2 years.  He enjoys working here because he gets to take care of your awesome dogs and cats.  He is also a student at Columbus State University, where he is majoring in Health Science. Some of his hobbies include spending time with family and friends, golfing, and traveling.  He is thankful that he gets to take care of your sweet fur babies!
